Some days I wake up and thank the universe that the Raspberry Pi exists. While I can’t count myself among the “Makers” of the world yet (a Maker friend I know is looking to change that), there’s something so inspiring about seeing projects going from concept to reality on a small scale.
Lifehacker recently showcased a video of SamplerBox in action. It’s a short 16 second video, but the point is not the video, but getting your hands on the tools and instructions you’ll need to make your own.

If you want to build your own, SamplerBox is a project that just requires a Raspberry Pi, an SD card and about €90 of spare cash. They tell us the wiring isn’t too taxing either.
