Pittsburgh Modular Shows New 4-Track 32-Step Sequencer In These Videos

At Superbooth we'll have the chance to see, and try, the new 4 track, 32 step hardware sequencer from Pittsburgh Modular. It's eurorack compatible and you can see it in action in these videos.

Pittsburgh Modular have a few new goodies to showcase at this year's Superbooth 2018. For the Eurorack crowd they will introduce a new eurorack oscillator called Lifeforms Primary Oscillator. Then there's the super cool Microvolt 3900 which debuted at NAMM 2018 earlier this year and is due to start shipping on 27th April.

But the really big news is the announcement of the Electronic Sequence Designer 128. This looks like the perfect companion for their new, and soon-to-be-released Microvolt desktop analog synth. The Sequence Designer, as its name suggests, is a hardware step sequencer also for eurorack. In this case it has four tracks and 32 steps per track. We love the sliders per track.

Watch it controlling the PM Microvolt in this video from their Instagram page:

And here we can see it sequencing the Microvolt, Korg Volca Beats, Roland Juno 60 and a eurorack system:

We'll come back to you with spec, features, price and availability as soon as we have it for Pittsburgh Modular's new, attractive sequencer.

That sequencer and Microvolt would be a FUN combination! That's like something I would turn on in the morning then jam for a couple hours with. Superbooth is going to be exciting! Remember last year when Behringer announced the Model D? What an exciting time for synth heads.
