TAL's Noisenaker is completely free and here, you can see a short guide to making your own synth patches from scratch.

Everyone likes something for free and if that somethng can be a cool sounding synth, then all the better! In this video from the course Audio Plugins 101: 10 Free Synths (That You Can't Live Without), G.W Childs shows you how to make a patch using TAL's Noisemaker - a nifty little synth that packs a lot of punch. And the synth is completely free, so you can follow along.

Loosely modelled on some of Roland's classic hardware synths like the Juno 106, Noisemaker nonetheless has its own approach to making sound. G.W walks you through the different sections - two oscillators time two synth stages as well as an envelope editor and a control and FX section. You'll see a practical example of how to quickly build a cool-sounding patch that can be used in any of your productions.
