    Exporting MIDI for Finale
Hello, I need to export a midi file (a string quartet) from Logic to Finale, so I do: File > Export > Selection as MIDI File. And it's ok. Finale opens the file but there are only the notes. Dynamics, text etc. is all lost. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? I use Logic 9 and Finale 2009. Thanks a lot for the help. Roberto

I know that Logic X allows you to export your score as a MusicXML file which Finale will read, and will pull all the dynamic and text data. But I think this feature is missing from Logic 9. I don't have Logic 9 installed on my Mac anymore, so can't confirm this. Does anyone else know a solution for Logic 9 to Finale?
