Hi Dom!
To Get NED to play of full screen, you can choose Window > Full Screen (Command-F) or choose full screen from the menu in the middle at the top of NED.
However, there is a small bug in Beta V. 0.1 that causes NED to stop playing at the end of a full screen video. BUT, we\'ve fixed that in the new version of NED, which will be out at the beginning of the New Year ... In fact, We\'ve been working hard on NED, and we have some really cool new features coming!
Stay tuned ... :)
As for the Ableton Question, I\'ll have to let Martin Delaney answer that ... although I will say that if the vocal is part of a full track (including other sounds) it\'s more or less impossible to \"isolate\" it, as there will always be conflicting frequencys in the other sounds. If you are remixing, it\'s best to find an a cappella or if possible, the original tracked-out recording. Sad, but true ...
Or if you can find a part with just a base line or sounds that don\'t interfer with the vocal, yoy may be able to isolate it ... or maybe I misunderstood your question, I\'m more Logic than Live myself ...
