I recently bought Ableton Live Suite download version online for $650 (ouch). I also bought this box so that I can have the Session Drums and EIC2 discs. http://www.ableton.com/pages/shop/more_info?item=8xxxx-53243x&form_type=add_to_cart_ri Now that I have the files from the discs in my computer. Ableton doesn't want to unlock them with out an extra serial number. I've emailed back and forth with an Ableton representitive who doesn't give me a straight answer. I've paid for this. Shouldn't I be able to use it? How is Ableton's customer support? So far, I don't like it.

Hi Kenny, I haven't had any experience with Abelton support, but do persist... Can you not use the serial number that comes with Ableton Live Suite download version? Is there a serial no. that comes with the box too? Cheers Rounik

When I originally put in my serial number, it unlocked everything (so I thought). The box doesn't come with a serial number. It is supposed to be for people who bought the download version (you can't download session drums). I hate to say this but, it is much easier using a cracked version. I'm starting to think that I shouldn't have bought this.

Hi Kenny, Did you check your profile page on the Ableton site? All your purchases and their codes should be listed there. For the record i´ve found Abletons customer service to be fairly helpful.
