Well, I watch the video about loop. I also choose drums but I have instrument choice there, so to see the types as on the video, I choose also genres. But there is no acoustic like on the video. And If i choose for example genre electronic, all other genres became non active grey. They are not like on the video, all are active he can choose grooving. I also don't have grooving. So why my other genres are non active, where is a back button I can go back where all genres were active? That I can change electronic for anything else? And why I don't have these two genres like on the video.. ? Are they genres at all.. ? There is a X button, it deletes electronic and I get back all choices of genres in active way, but it deletes also my all drums choice. So it's not a step back button.

That GarageBand video was made with a slightly older version of GarageBand -- Apple has changed the way the drum loops are visually presented in the Loops pane. Instead of one big list of categories there are now three buttons at the top, Instrument, Genre, and Descriptors -- click around in those and you'll find the various sub-catagories. For example, categories like Acoustic and Electric are now found under the Descriptors tab -- click one to select it; click it again to de-select it.
