The high octaves on classic electric piano are not playing how do I fix that

Hmm.. When I load Classic Electric Piano here it plays all the way up & down my 88-note keyboard controller. Maybe try some other electric piano presets (and grand piano presets) and see if any of them respond across the full piano range. If not it could be an issue with your keyboard controller..
