If a number of Regions are selected [Regions, not Tracks] then you should be able to move/drag them. What happens when you try to move them? How are you trying to move them? I assume you're trying to move them later in the song..? Again, I'm not in front of a computer with GB now, so I can't experiment to figure out what the problem might be -- I'll have a look tomorrow..

Ok I tried it and it worked as expected.. I cut the Regions at the bar I wanted to move everything after. I selected all the Regions from that bar forward and dragged them, and I was able to reposition them wherever I wanted..
