Paid 30 bucks for the app, took about 12 hours to download mainstage then I opened GarageBand preferences and went to sound library to reinstall sounds and nothing- no legacy Any ideas?

Maybe you'll have to install them by hand in MainStage [and then shutdown/restart] -- see the attached screenshot..
