    Hi It's really important to make sure you select the project folder and compress it. The Project Folder often can contain the following: - ".logic" file - "Audio Files" folder - "Bounces" folder - "Project File Backups" folder I have never used DropBox, so cannot comment on their service. I have used and mobileme and found them both to be an effortless way to transfer projects to colleagues. Actually, reading your post again.... It looks like your friend is using Logic 7 or earlier. Logic 5-7, if memory serves, used .lso files. Logic 8 project files end in .logic Any project created in Logic 8 is not backward compatible & cannot be opened in Logic 7, 6, 5 etc. Thanks Rounik

    Hi Rounik, You solved it. He had Logic 7 on his home computer where he tried to download it. He has Logic 8 in his studio and has successfully opened the file. Thanks for all your help! JRod
