hello, I have some doubts about the folders, because when I put a folder name or coloring, when I create other folders automatically put the same name and same color,that the first folder. I cant put different names and colors to differentiate? in logic 8 and 9 thanks

Hi 1q41q42 I can't replicate your issue using Logic 9. So, here is what I did: - Select multiple regions on the first three tracks. - Choose Pack Folder. A new folder track is created with the folder region. - Rename the folder and give it a colour. (I also renamed the folder track). - Select a different track header. - Select the remaining regions on different tracks. - choose 'Pack Folder' - rename the folder and give it a new colour. It all works fine here. Is this what you are doing or have I misunderstood your question? Thanks Rounik

No problem. Ahh... This is because the Track Headers have their own colours. Right-click on a track header and choose 'Configure track header'. Now choose to view Track Color Bars. Now Option-click a track header to select the header without selecting any regions on the track, open the colour palette and you can change the colour for that track. Unfortunately the Folder Track headers will always be the same colour :( So in the Mixer this is why they display as the same color. I don't think there is a way to alter this behaviour. Best Rounik
