Hi, I had some feedbacks of Reason users who had problems because of a bad placement of refills. I work with an external HD, should I place both my songs and my refills on my external HD?

Alex, please tell me more about the 'problems', I'm curious...when using Reason I have the songs on my Mac and the refills on an external firewire HD. Never had any problems with this!

In actuality, one said the computer were working slower. It was taking a lot of time to find and load refills.. But he didn't said if he used a firewire or USB HD. There were 2 or 3 similar feedbacks.
