I wanted to post about the most fantastic customer service I received from Wave DNA. This company rocks! The answer to my questions were almost immediate, but to even add icing to the cake. Allison forwarded my email to technical support. They unexpectedly responded to a statement I made about multi-output plug-in mode and provided step by step instructions. It was such a welcome surprise to get that information from them, such a degree of professionalism. I was always taught by my father in doing service work to customer's homes, you always leave the place cleaner than you found it.
