I'm also waiting for this. Fortunately I learned NOT to pre-order anything because of delays in previous tutorials. I still have to wonder, why did you send an email about this Ableton Live tutorial, which stated (in bold) that "This tutorial will be released in 1 week, on May 28th." And yet you didn't send any notification that it is delayed. This is not very good customer service IMO.

Hi, When I pre-ordered your Advanced Kontakt -tutorial, it was supposed to be released in 1st of May. Now it just says "coming soon". What's up with that?

New tutorials seem to be coming quite often, yet this Kontakt tutorial isn't finished? Is there any way to get my money back?

Cool, that some of the tutorial is available for viewing. The release date, as stated now in the video, wasn't 1st May though...

I can't seem to play the tutorial on Nedweb. It just shows the quicktime logo with a question mark in the middle. The Trilian tutorial does the same thing. I am able to play older tutorials though (reason 4, NI Kore and Komplete). I'm on Windows 7 x64 with Chrome as my browser.

They worked last week, so this is quite weird. I contacted the support team. Thanks for the advice. Cheers, Rationalizer
