If you you're looking to get deeper into Massive X, you're in for a treat... This in-depth course by sound designer Rishabh Rajan will show you how to create massive sounds with Massive X!
Rishabh Rajan is an award winning composer, producer, songwriter, synthesist, sound designer and Logic Pro expert currently living and teaching in New York...
One of the best way to learn a synth (and synthesis in general) is to learn to design specific sounds from scratch. In this course, you'll get the chance to learn sound design techniques from synth expert Rishabh Rajan. Together with him, you'll create a wide variety of sounds, from percussion elements to deep basses and screaming leads... all with Native Instruments' Massive X!
Rishabh starts the course with percussion sound design. He demonstrates how to create a kick, snare, clap, pitched percussion, and a hi-hat groove from scratch. He then moves to the low end, showing you how to create a variety of basses: a very useful pluck bass, an 808 bass to take care of the sub frequencies, a monstrous dubstep bass, a TB-303-inspired acid bassline and a robotic talking bass sound.
In the next section, Rishabh talks about polyphonic sound design. This is where you learn to create a brass pad, a Future Bass supersaw wobble patch, a Synthwave retro pad sound, the famous Deadmau5 pluck, etc. Continuing with the course, you also learn to create different types of leads and SFX.
Watch now... and get ready to massively improve your sound design chops with Rishabh Rajan!
Hello this your best one Rishabh Rajan ! i really love it from A to Z i even admit to watch it few times. This one is def in my favorites. Please do the same sort for Arturia Pigments it would be a no brainer PIGMENTS 201 Designing Pigmented Sounds

Another gem from Rishabh, which follows on perfectly from the Massive X Explored course. Plenty of review to be had here to help consolidate what you will have learned in 101. My only critical point would be that Rishabh can be a little inconsistent in explaining why he is tweaking parameters. Generally, he does do so, but - particularly with the Distortion effects, for some reason - the reasoning behind the decisions being made are not made clear. Nonetheless, a fabulous course for a fabulous synth.

Fantastic introduction to Massive. Going through this helped me quickly feel familiar with all the different areas of Massive X. Probably saved me months of my own experimentation.

Massive X can be intimidating, but thanks to this course, I can now use it for my sound design. Great course!

Economic, cookbook approach. I could have used a little more explanation why Asimov was preferred over Blue Mountain. Some filters were never used. Dist has 5 types. TanH, HypB and so on. The first time Dist was used a little discussion about the five types would have been good. Still an excellent course that got me in the Massive X design space. Worth the time.
