Section 1: Section 1: Introduction to Drum Recording
Josh is crushing these courses. I recently fell down the rabbit hole of learning how to record drums and my own drumming; this course helped me understand where I would like to go to complete my mic locker for recording the full kit with room and overhead mics. As well as mixing techniques that I just hadn't thought of prior to this course. I also appreciate that you covered multiple recording techniques. I can fully utilize the four mic technique while working towards a more complete setup. Thanks for helping me continue my learning and understanding of all things Logic. You're the man!

Another clear and helpful set of videos from Josh. I appreciate how he doesn’t take the listener’s knowledge for granted and explains the processes he undertakes step by step, along with the reasoning behind them. It would be very useful to know how to deal with live drum recording and processing when the kit is behind an enclosure, but I learnt a lot from this course and shall be applying the instruction in my engineering work.
