What a relief is this course of Kontakt 4 compared to the other one, which I just finished. The first one was a monotonous recital of every tab, knob and slider from A to Z and was a burden to go through and listen to it all. This second course however is an example of how subjects should be taught. Chapeau!

Although currently the update software is Kontact 5, this course about Kontact 4 is really interesting, with many examples and very useful. Nice job!

I decided to go back to this course on Kontakt 4 for a refresher, and I have no regrets. They are additional snippets of extremely useful information that are not contained in the Kontakt 5 courses. Also, it is also a chance to get another tutors percpective. I would recommend anyone taking the Kontakt 5 courses to browse through these.
5 star all the way.

Just got Konakt, and needed a primer. This is a great course overall. The reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that there are times when not enough information is given. I'll give one example: There's a lesson toward the end about banks, and changing instruments within banks by sending a program change message. But it is never explained how that is accomplished. One other beef is that a great portion of the time is spent on the stand-alone instrument, and I will almost never use Kontakt as a stand-alone application, and there appear to be some differences. Now, it may be that changes have been made in the release of Kontakt 5, and I realized this is a 4 course, so in the update, that may be addressed.
That being said, I gained a lot of useful information, and was nice to see (hear) the Steve H cameo in the Logic section.

This course really gets you up and running and to use the basics of Kontakt to edit your sound without going to deep. Also shows you how to setup Kontakt in a DAW to run midi and host automation.

Really great overview of Kontakt 4 (still very useful for Kontakt 5 users). Lots of info in here. I'm looking forward to watching the Advanced Kontakt course. Then on to Kontakt 5.

Very good course. Excellent teacher, excellent voice to listen to. I am pretty much a beginner so there were sections I did not understand. I'll have to review these as I work with Kontakt. But I found it a great introduction
