Francesco Schiavon is a recognized expert in the topic of digital media deployment for web and optical disc. A dedicated educator, Francesco has spent the last decade teaching in some of Canada's leading multimedia schools.
You don't have to be a coder to make great web pages - with iWeb '09, all you need is the ability to drag and drop graphics, plus a little creativity, and you can publish your digital life for all the world to see.
In this tutorial, Star macProVideo.com trainer Francesco Schiavon takes you through the ins and outs of creating dynamic web pages in iWeb '09. Francesco begins the tutorial by showing you how to combine images and photos to make a web page. You'll learn how to import photos to your project, change colors, add albums, and arrange and align photos to make an attractive page layout.
Of course, most web pages need more than images to get their point across. With that in mind, Francesco moves on to show you how to add and format text to display written information. You'll also learn how to embed both audio and video files into your web pages, and even create interactive blogs to get your message out there.
Once your web page is ready, it's time to publish it on the Internet. The final sections of this tutorial demonstrate how to publish your web page to a server using FTP, and also how to use MobileMe to put your site on the web. As an added bonus, you'll also learn how to create and publish Podcasts on iTunes!
This is a comprehensive tutorial, but you don't need to watch the entire show. Use the detailed menus and keyword search functions to quickly find items of interest. For a full list of this tutorial's topics, check out the Table of Contents.
Francesco is very well organized. Even though iWeb is limited, it still has some great features I learned about. Too bad Apple discontinued iWeb.

I'm very, very pleased to have come across your website and the products you offer. Had I known about your site before, I would have not spent money on some other products that cost more and are of an inferior nature. Thanks for putting together some excellent products!

Hi, having made a start a wee while ago with iWeb, I feel even more confident about developing my site even further.
This was also the 1st tutorial I watched completly on my iPhone & not on my MBP. This is the 3rd MPV from this tutor who guided me through iMovie & iDVD 06. These are things I've never done b4 & would like you to pass on my thanks for tutoring me. An excellent educator!
& my thanks to all @ MPV 4 extending my knowledge.
A very happy customer :)

Well done and highly recommended I really didn't think I would learn alot and thought iWeb was a pretty basic program but found it was surprisingly customisable.
