Peter Schwartz is a composer, orchestrator, keyboardist, synthesist and Logic master who has worked with David Bowie, Madonna, Disneytoons and many, many others!
Logic is an incredible piece of music production software. The script editor and notation elements of it could easily be sold as a standalone application due to their depth and complexity.
Luckily, we have a pro like Peter "Ski" Schwartz to walk us through some of the key features and adjustable parameters to get us started. And, for those who already have a good understanding of the basics, Ski's workflow tips, custom shortcuts, and overall knowledge of the Score Editor are sure to help even the most advanced user.
In this MasterClass Ski goes through the score editor, staff styles, basic notation, score symbols and even briefly talks about lyric mode. So much great information packed in to just over an hour you might have to watch it twice.
Peter is by far the best and most comprehensive instructor for Logic Score - I would almost say don't even start until you've watched his Score 109. This video is a great addition / recap. I do wish Apple would improve Score though and make it more comprehensive and user friendly.
But thanks Peter I couldn't use Score without you!

Very well presented by Peter. Love his knowledge, his ability to clearly present and his comfort with and ability to handle glitches when they happen. Thanks, Peter!
