Another course from him that should come packaged with every DAW! This course and his signal routing courses should be mandatory learning. Detailed, examples and nice pace.

Very informative as are all of Joe's courses. Especially useful to me are the sections covering the new loudness standards, LUF's, true peak metering etc. I'd recommend this course and all the others in Joe's Audio Concept series to anyone starting out in audio recording. It's essential knowledge and no one explains it better than he does!!

This is yet another sublime course in the series with the mighty Joe Albano at the helm guiding us with both theoretical and practical knowledge of these technical, but sometimes unglamorous aspects of audio production, which if mastered can truly facilitate rather than hamper the creative process. Highest recommendation!

Solid all-around coverage of the doâ€™s and donâ€™ts in audio metering. Perhaps a bit more coverage could have been given to optimal operating levels for analog emulation pluginsâ€” and possibly, in validating audio interface operating levels for hardware integration. Overall however, the treatment is an excellent reference to developing a complete understanding of a topic that doesnâ€™t often get the attention it deserves.
