Jeremy Ellis is a finger drumming virtuoso. This course takes you inside Jeremy's head (scary!) giving you the inside story on his Maschine Studio workflow. You see both his creative and technical processes unfold right before your eyes as he reveals the key ingredients that flavor his now famous Maschine Studio, Native Instruments music video.

He begins the course with some finger drumming tips and tricks. Then Jeremy shows how he created his Drum Module Group and and the basic drum beat of the track. From there he dives into the custom keyboard group as he demonstrates a ton of programming and performance tips. Next up is a section on creating custom samples and arpeggios. He wraps it up with a collection of tutorials explaining how all of the components work together to become the famous NI track!

Great course, I don't own Maschine but its impressive to watch somebody so highly skilled at playing this instrument. I'm looking forward to his second course.

Maschine Studio: Produce and Perform with Jeremy Ellis is a great practical course for improving your skills as a live electronic performer! All of Jeremy's courses here on MPV are great, some of the most valuable to me so far in my music production workflows. I highly recommend anyone using a pad controller to watch his tutorials, especially for Maschine users.

This is one of the best video/course of Maschine i have ever seen. Really detail break down of Jeremy Ellis Routine. Useful information is schon next to the actual recording - and is really helpful. Also Jeremy speaks really good with lots of real impressions and bridges from topic to topic. This is really a long video. I highly recommend it watching it not at once. It is too much content and I got tired. Other then that absolute recommendation also for non Maschine users!

Jeremy, because of your tape I bought the Maschine Studio. I'm a concert pianist and have quick fingers, nonetheless the routine is challenging. :) Thank you for being such a true artist with great personality and teaching skills. I'm delighted to take this to the next level.

This is not just a video version of the Maschine user manual... It's a great look into the workflow of a master of the Maschine. If you are looking to play your music "live" with Maschine this is the place to start.

After subscribing to Macpro videos,I decided to watch this great tutorial,by Jeremy Ellis,out of interest.I was hooked So far as I have bought a Maschine Mikro,as my first venture into Maschine and beat making,ha,ha Very good tutorial,packed with content,Jeremys knowledge is superb.This is like the ones I bought and watched before,you can revisit and learn new stuff each time

Another great video by J.E. great for those who want to learn how to setup a live performance. You definitely need to know the basics on how to use Maschine 2.0 to understand this video, it will make things easier. Shows his workflow and ideals that you may be helpful in your own workflow. This video also shows you some sampling and mapping techniques as well as how to setup up macros and some some sound designing. This tutorial video will allow you to learn more about J.E. and his style of production, finger drumming and live performance which in turn should help you become a better Maschine Studio user and performer.
